RENTAL POLICY
- IDENTIFICATION
We require a valid New York drivers license, a New York state ID card or a
valid military ID card for identification purposes at the time of rental. - RENTAL PERIODS
- Daily Rentals: 24 hours
- Weekly (7 day) Rentals: 7 consecutive days
Weekend Rentals: Friday 5 P.M. - Sunday 8 P.M.
Monthly (28 day) Rental: 4 consecutive weeks (28 days) - DEPOSITS
On some items, a deposit in addition to the rental charge is required at the time of the rental. This can be paid by local check, credit and debit cards, or cash. Any refund due will be paid when the rental equipment is returned, except for payments made by check. In that case, refund checks are issued every Friday by mail. - RATES
All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates quoted do not include SALES TAX or DAMAGE WAIVER, and are subject to change without notice. - TAXES
All equipment rentals are subject to New York State sales tax. With a proper state tax exemption certificate, equipment rentals can be exempt from New York State sales tax. - CONDITION
All equipment to be returned reasonably clean and in same condition less normal usage. - METERED EQUIPMENT
Some large rental items are equipped with hour meters. Their rates are based on 8 hours of usage for each 24 hour day. Hours of usage beyond these allotments will incur additional charges. - EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS
If you have a problem with any of our equipment, PLEASE notify us ASAP! This will allow us to rectify the problem quickly and adjust your rental time accordingly. Do not expect an adjustment if we have not been notified immediately. - RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by phone or from our website. Most items require a deposit in order to reserve them. - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance: Normal daily & periodic servicing, checking oil, grease, and filters.
Repairs: All damage to machine due to unusual wear or misuse. Normal wear and tear in the field is expected. Please take care of the equipment like it was your own.
